Home Health Services
Home Health Services is an
extension of Desert Oasis Healthcare's continuum of care and embraces the philosophy
to employ experienced and dependable professionals to provide homebound members
caring and efficient care, from the newborn to the elderly. These services are delivered
in the privacy and comfort of your own home and our staff is available by phone
24 hours a day.
Available services, which must be ordered by a physician, are:
- Skilled Nursing
- Therapeutic Treatment such as physical therapy
- Diabetic Management
- Intravenous Therapy
- Wound Care
The Home Health Services Team consists of:
- Registered Nurses
- Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Physical Therapist
- Social Worker
- Home Health Aides
Our goal is to help prevent exacerbation of illness, to prevent unnecessary hospitalization
and/or emergency room visits, and to assist clients in becoming knowledgeable about
their illness and as independent as possible with their care. We are committed to
providing and continuously improving the home health care needs of our patients
by delivering value driven, high quality compassionate care.
