Diabetic Clinic

We offer Diabetic clinics, free of charge to our members, at locations every week throughout the valley (Palm Springs, Indio, and Yucca Valley).

Members will receive appropriate to their visit: foot exam, retinal screening and your labs will be discussed with you along with recommendations for further care. The appointment will take only about 30 minutes and no pre-authorization is required.

Seniors Only Evaluation and Wellness Clinics

For our Medicare Advantage Plan members we provide preventative health screenings/tests, an EKG, and a physical examination. There are no fees or co-pays. The clinic Provider will review with you the results of your test/screenings. All test results and the physical assessment records will be sent to your Primary Care Provider, and added to your medical records. The clinics are held in Palm Springs, Indio, Bermuda Dunes and Yucca Valley.

Educational Programs

Health Education classes are offered, at no cost, to members who want to learn how they can improve their health. Classes promote understanding and management of chronic conditions, prevention of complications and coping strategies. Classes and individual counseling are offered in Yucca Valley and Bermuda Dunes (English/Spanish). Patients may self refer.
