Our mission to provide an effective, system-wide, measurable plan for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of care and services, in a cost-effective and efficient manner, for our members and practitioners.
This is accomplished by assisting with the identification, investigation, implementation, and evaluation of corrective actions that continuously improve and measure the quality of our clinical and administrative services.
