Recent changes in availability of Paxlovid, used in COVID-19 treatment, may result in co-pays for DOHC patients.

Members can still access care for COVID-19 through our Immediate Care clinics. Non-members may be able to be seen at our Immediate Care clinics depending upon their insurance coverage.

If you suspect you have COVID-19, contact your PCP, pharmacy, or visit an urgent care center or one of our Immediate Care clinics. Please be aware that patients will have a cost to the visit, and the prescription, sent to their pharmacy of choice, will be subject to a copay based on their insurance.

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, take a home test if available. Otherwise, contact your primary care provider, pharmacy, or visit an urgent care center or one of our Immediate Care clinics.
